The Center for Health Care Services is seeking an Advance Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant to join us in serving our mission of transforming lives in our community. Successful candidates will have experience and/or interest in addiction medicine. This is a full time position working in our Methadone Clinic and provides flexible hours: Either Monday through Friday 6AM to 2PM or 8:30AM to 5:30 PM.
Our full time nurse practitioners / PA earn $95,000 per year, receive outstanding medical, dental, pharmacy and vision benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment, and will be reimbursed for annual license fees and up to $1000 for CME’s. We also cover your malpractice insurance.
For your first two years of employment, you will earn 16 days off per year and 10 paid holidays. PTO accrual begins on your first paycheck.
After one year of employment, the center will contribute 5% of your annual salary into a 401A and will match up to 3% of your contributions into the 457B. You are fully vested after 6 years!
This position may qualify for student loan forgiveness through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).
